Shipping Policy

We ship items out as soon as possible, but this will not always be the same day as your order. Please add 1-2 business days to allow for processing time. If you have any questions about the lead time on your order, please contact us with your questions.

Customers should receive an email confirming your order shortly after you’ve placed it. If you don’t receive that email, please check your spam folder or junk folder. If your receipt with your order number is not received to your email and it is not in your spam/junk folder there is a chance that e-mail

Once your item is shipped you should receive a separate email confirming your order has been shipped. Orders will be shipped via USPS or Fedex. Please contact us with any questions.

RETURN POLICY

Our products can be returned within 15 days of the original purchase of the product.

To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

The product was purchased within the last 15 days.

The product is unopened, in its original packaging. Apparel must be unworn, unwashed, with tag(s) and in new condition.

You have the receipt, order confirmation or proof of purchase from feastmodeflavors.com. We are unable to accept returns of purchases made from third party retailers unless there is proof of purchase.

Products that do not meet this criteria will not be considered for return. If you are not sure about any of this criteria please contact us.

SALE ITEMS

Unfortunately items purchased on sale or with a discount code cannot be refunded. Only regular price items can be refunded.

DAMAGED ITEMS

When items are shipped damage can occur. At Feast Mode we pack all our our orders as securely as possible. If you receive a damaged product, please notify us immediately.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS

We cannot be responsible for any customs restrictions, tariffs, or other regulations that may apply in countries outside of the United States. The responsibility is yours to check to see if your country allows the shipment of products you ordered (or wish to order). Any duties or taxes that may apply to your order are also your responsibility.

If for whatever reason your order is seized by customs, we will not issue you a refund unless all products are returned to us in the original condition per the return policy above.
