FEAST MODE'S BAJA TEQUILA TACOS

Flavors you will need:

Feast Mode Tequila Lime, Asiago Jalapeno, Mexican Fiesta

Ingredients: 

1. Chicken Breast or White Fish (Tilapia, Swai, or Cod) or Shrimp
2. Bell pepper (optionally jalapeno or habanero peppers)
3. Red onion
4. White Onion
5. Cilantro or Parsley
6. Shredded Lettuce
7. Corn tortilla or Flour tortilla
8. Avocado
9. Optional: (shredded cheddar or pepperjack cheese)

Preparation: 

• Lightly coat your chosen protein with Mexican Fiesta and Tequila Lime seasoning
• Cook the protein to the recommended internal temperature then cut into 1/4 inch strips
• Thinly slice your onions and peppers then combine and sauté with oil over medium heat via non-stick pan
• Mash avocado into a bowl using a spoon or fork then mix Mexican Fiesta, Asiago Jalapeno, and Tequila Lime seasoning into the avocado. (This makes an amazing guacamole!)
• Heat tortilla to your desired temperature
• Place both your protein and guacamole onto your tortilla then top with your sautéed onions and peppers, fresh cilantro, shredded lettuce, and a dash of Asiago Jalapeno seasoning
• Plate and serve with optional sides (beans, rice, etc.)
