FEAST MODE'S BAJA TEQUILA TACOS
Flavors you will need:
Feast Mode Tequila Lime, Asiago Jalapeno, Mexican Fiesta
Ingredients:
- Chicken Breast or White Fish (Tilapia, Swai, or Cod) or Shrimp
- Bell pepper (optionally jalapeno or habanero peppers)
- Red onion
- White Onion
- Cilantro or Parsley
- Shredded Lettuce
- Corn tortilla or Flour tortilla
- Avocado
- Optional: (shredded cheddar or pepperjack cheese)
Preparation:
- Lightly coat your chosen protein with Mexican Fiesta and Tequila Lime seasoning
- Cook the protein to the recommended internal temperature then cut into 1/4 inch strips
- Thinly slice your onions and peppers then combine and sauté with oil over medium heat via non-stick pan
- Mash avocado into a bowl using a spoon or fork then mix Mexican Fiesta, Asiago Jalapeno, and Tequila Lime seasoning into the avocado. (This makes an amazing guacamole!)
- Heat tortilla to your desired temperature
- Place both your protein and guacamole onto your tortilla then top with your sautéed onions and peppers, fresh cilantro, shredded lettuce, and a dash of Asiago Jalapeno seasoning
- Plate and serve with optional sides (beans, rice, etc.)

Flavor is great! I use it on all veggies. I had gotten a sample from Thr Liftbox and loved it so much, just ordered 2 more. Packaging could be better. Even the it had a “seal” on it, lid was loose and a good bit of product was in bag.
Hopefully yall keep making the Chipotle Lime. It’s super good.
