A. Informal Dispute Resolution (Required First Step)

Both parties agree to attempt to resolve the dispute informally for a period of at least 30 days from the date the notice is sent.

No arbitration or legal proceeding may be initiated until this 30-day period has passed.

If the dispute is not resolved informally, it shall be resolved through final and binding arbitration, rather than in court.

  • Arbitration shall be conducted on an individual basis only
  • Class actions and class arbitrations are not permitted
  • You waive the right to a jury trial

C. Venue & Governing Location

All arbitration proceedings shall take place in:

You agree that:

  • This location is the exclusive venue for dispute resolution
  • You submit to the personal jurisdiction of courts located in Utah County, Utah for any matters not subject to arbitration

D. Exceptions

We reserve the right to seek injunctive or equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect:

  • 14 days of delivery for all other eligible concerns

Failure to notify us within these timeframes may result in denial of your request.

We are not responsible for:

  • Issues reported outside of these time windows
  • Claims lacking sufficient supporting evidence (such as photos)

23. Wholesale & Bulk Purchase Terms
