We’re committed to getting your order out fast and accurately. Please review the details below to understand how our shipping process works.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your order confirmation is received.
- Orders placed after business hours may be processed the next business day
- Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods, promotions, or holidays
- We reserve the right to delay or cancel any order for fraud prevention or verification purposes
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship within the United States only.
We reserve the right to:
- Refuse shipments to certain addresses or regions
- Cancel orders that cannot be fulfilled due to shipping limitations
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and may vary due to:
- Carrier delays
- Weather or natural events
- High shipping volume periods
- Supply chain disruptions
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
- Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear
- Tracking updates are controlled by the carrier and may be delayed

Incorrect Addresses & Delivery Issues
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
If an order is returned to us due to an address issue:
- Additional shipping fees may apply to reship the order
- Refunds may exclude original shipping costs
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been handed off to the shipping carrier, it is considered in transit and under the carrier’s responsibility.
Feast Mode Flavors & Nutrition LLC is not liable for:
- Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
- Delays caused by the shipping carrier
- Incorrect delivery by the carrier
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive the package:
- Please check with neighbors or your local carrier
- File a claim directly with the shipping carrier
We may assist in filing claims but are not responsible for carrier decisions.
P.O. Boxes
Shipping to P.O. Boxes may be limited depending on the carrier used.
We reserve the right to:
- Change carriers as needed
- Cancel or delay orders that cannot be delivered to P.O. Boxes
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged product and packaging
Failure to report damage within this timeframe may result in denial of your claim.
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
All returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.
Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or failures in delivery caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters
- Carrier disruptions
- Labor shortages or strikes
- Weather conditions
- Government actions
Order Refusal & Cancellation
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any shipment at our sole discretion, including but not limited to:
- Suspected fraud
- Abuse of promotions
- Bulk or resale misuse
On-Time Delivery & Carrier Compliance
We process and ship orders within our stated handling time; however, delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.
Once an order has been transferred to the carrier:
- Delivery performance is the responsibility of the shipping provider
- Carrier delays do not qualify for refunds, cancellations, or chargebacks
We are not liable for delays caused by:
- Carrier service interruptions
- Weather, natural disasters, or peak season congestion
- Incorrect address information provided by the customer
Signature Confirmation for High-Value Orders
For certain orders, we may require signature confirmation upon delivery at our sole discretion.
By placing an order, you agree that:
- A signature may be required at delivery
- You are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive the package
If a delivery attempt fails due to absence:
- The carrier may reattempt delivery or hold the package
- Additional fees may apply for redelivery or reshipment
Orders returned due to failed delivery attempts may be subject to:
- Return shipping fees
- Deduction of original shipping costs from any refund
No Rerouting or Address Changes After Shipment
Once an order has been shipped, we do not allow changes to the shipping address, rerouting, or delivery modifications.
We are not responsible for:
- Packages rerouted or redirected by the customer through the carrier
- Delivery issues resulting from unauthorized changes made after shipment
Any modifications requested after shipment are:
- At the customer’s own risk
- Subject to carrier policies and limitations
