Incomplete or unverifiable notices may be rejected or ignored.


3. Mandatory Informal Resolution Period

Before initiating arbitration, legal action, or chargebacks, you agree to:

  • Allow a minimum of 30 days for us to review and attempt resolution

Failure to comply with this requirement may result in:

  • Immediate dismissal of claims where permitted by law
  • Recovery of legal fees and costs

4. No Admission of Liability

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Third-party actions, including shipping carriers and payment processors

Total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid for the product or service in question.


6. Individual Liability Protection

All claims must be brought solely against Feast Mode Flavors & Nutrition LLC as a business entity.

You agree that:

  • No claim may be brought against any owner, employee, contractor, or affiliate individually
  • Individuals associated with the company are personally shielded from liability to the fullest extent permitted by law

7. Indemnification

9. Jurisdiction & Venue

All disputes shall be governed by the laws of the State of Utah.

Where permitted, disputes shall be handled in:

10. Arbitration Requirement

All disputes are subject to binding arbitration on an individual basis, as outlined in our Terms of Service.

You waive the right to:

  • Jury trials
  • Class actions or class arbitration

11. Preservation of Rights

Failure by Feast Mode Flavors & Nutrition LLC to enforce any provision of this Legal Notice shall not be considered a waiver of any rights.

We reserve all rights and remedies available under applicable law.


12. Severability

If any provision of this Legal Notice is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.


13. Personal Guarantee (Wholesale Accounts)

By placing any wholesale or bulk order, the purchaser—if acting on behalf of a business entity—personally guarantees full payment and performance of all obligations owed to Feast Mode Flavors & Nutrition LLC.

You agree that:

  • You are personally liable for all amounts owed, regardless of business structure
  • This guarantee applies to unpaid invoices, chargebacks, fees, and damages
  • We may pursue collection against both the business and the individual guarantor

Failure to pay may result in:

  • Collections activity
  • Legal action
  • Reporting to credit agencies where permitted by law

14. Intellectual Property Enforcement & Cease and Desist Rights

All intellectual property owned by Feast Mode Flavors & Nutrition LLC, including but not limited to trademarks, branding, product names, formulations, images, content, and marketing materials, is strictly protected.

Unauthorized use—including but not limited to:

  • Copying or replicating product formulations or branding
  • Repackaging or relabeling products without permission
  • Using our trademarks, images, or likeness in commerce
  • Selling counterfeit or misleadingly similar products

—may result in immediate enforcement action.

We reserve the right to:

  • Issue cease and desist demands without prior notice
  • Pursue injunctive relief to stop unauthorized activity
  • Seek monetary damages, lost profits, and legal fees
  • Report violations to marketplaces, platforms, and regulatory bodies

Each unauthorized use may be treated as a separate violation.


15. Liquidated Damages for Fraud, Abuse, and Chargebacks

You agree that fraudulent activity, abusive disputes, or improper chargebacks cause measurable harm to Feast Mode Flavors & Nutrition LLC, including administrative costs, processing fees, and business disruption.

In the event of:

  • Fraudulent orders
  • Unauthorized or bad-faith chargebacks
  • Abuse of refund, return, or dispute systems

You agree to pay liquidated damages equal to:

  • $50 per incident OR 25% of the transaction amount (whichever is greater)
  • Plus any associated fees, costs, and expenses, including payment processor penalties and legal fees

You acknowledge that:

  • These damages are a reasonable estimate of harm, not a penalty
  • We reserve the right to pursue additional legal remedies if damages exceed this amount
