Certain products or offers on our Site may be available as subscriptions, pre-orders, or try-before-you-buy purchases. By selecting any of these options, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Subscriptions

A. Recurring Billing Authorization

By purchasing a subscription, you authorize Feast Mode Flavors & Nutrition LLC to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis according to the frequency and duration you choose.

  • Billing occurs automatically unless canceled
  • You are responsible for keeping payment information accurate and up to date

B. Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions may automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled prior to the renewal date.

By enrolling, you acknowledge and agree to this automatic renewal.

C. Cancellation Policy (Subscriptions)

You may cancel or modify your subscription at any time through your account or order confirmation link.

However:

  • Cancellations must be made before the next billing cycle
  • Orders already processed or shipped cannot be canceled or refunded

D. Failed Payments

If a payment fails:

  • We may retry the charge
  • Your subscription may be paused or canceled at our discretion

We reserve the right to terminate subscriptions for repeated failed payments or suspected abuse.

2. Pre-Orders

A. Payment Authorization

By placing a pre-order, you authorize us to:

  • Charge a deposit or full amount at checkout, or
  • Store your payment method and charge it at fulfillment

B. Estimated Fulfillment

Pre-order fulfillment dates are estimates only and may change due to production, supply chain, or operational factors.

Delays do not constitute grounds for cancellation, refund, or damages, unless required by law.

C. Cancellation Policy (Pre-Orders)

  • Pre-orders may be canceled only if they have not yet been processed or fulfilled
  • Once fulfillment has begun or the order has shipped, cancellation is no longer permitted

Approved cancellations may be subject to:

  • Processing fees
  • Non-refundable deposits (if disclosed at purchase)

3. Try Before You Buy

A. Payment Authorization

By selecting a try-before-you-buy option, you authorize us to place a temporary authorization hold on your payment method.

B. Trial Period

You will be provided a defined trial period to evaluate the product.

To avoid being charged:

  • The product must be returned within the trial period
  • The product must comply with our Return & Refund Policy requirements

C. Automatic Charge

If the product is not returned within the trial period:

  • Your payment method will be automatically charged the full purchase price
  • No refunds will be issued outside of our Return Policy

D. Condition Requirements

Returned items must be:

  • In original condition
  • In original packaging
  • Not excessively used or damaged

We reserve the right to deny returns or refunds that do not meet these standards.

4. General Cancellation Terms

  • Orders (including subscription orders) cannot be canceled once processed or shipped
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including for fraud prevention or policy violations
  • Excessive cancellations, returns, or abuse may result in account restriction or permanent ban

5. Chargebacks & Disputes

By making a purchase, you agree to contact us first at info@feastmodeflavors.com to resolve any issue.

Improper or abusive chargebacks may result in:

  • Account termination
  • Denial of future service
  • Legal action and recovery of associated fees

6. Returns & Refunds

All returns, refunds, and exchanges are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which is incorporated into this policy by reference.
