At Feast Mode Flavors & Nutrition, we stand behind the quality of our products. If something isn’t right with your order, we’ll do our best to make it right.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original condition
  • Products must be in their original packaging
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required

Due to the nature of our products (food and consumables), we cannot accept returns on opened items unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@feastmodeflavors.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the product and packaging

We’ll take care of you with a replacement or refund.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Processing times vary depending on your bank or card provider

Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect
  • If applicable, return shipping fees may be deducted from your refund

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Opened or used food products
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Gift cards

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please initiate a return (if eligible) and place a new order.
