Had freezer thaw 🫣 and was doing a lot of cooking. Used the dirt spice on one of the pork and the red wine on the other one and the taste was wonderful. Since I have 2 clay pots I used those instead of the grill. The juiciest and most flavorful pieces I have made in a long time. The red wine made the most delicious gray from the drippings, as did the dirt spice. I have tried dirt on beef but I think it outdid itself on the pork.
