Tammy's Lemon Pepper Chicken
Lemon Pepper Chicken with Kale Salad
- 1 ½ lb boneless and skinless chicken breast sliced thin
- ¼ cup olive oil
- juice of 2 lemons or ½ cup lemon juice
- 2 cloves of garlic minced
- 3/4 teaspoons Vodka Lemon Pepper Feast Mode
Combine ingredients in slow cooker. Cook on low for 6 hours.
Kale Salad Ingredients
- 3 handfuls of chopped kale
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 1/3 cup lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons of Red Wine Vinaigrette Feast Mode
Combine everything but kale in a bottle and mix well. Pour over kale.
